Dr. Amira Meliani
Dr. Amira Meliani is a business leader and real estate investment expert whose work centres on the MENA region — its markets, its investment dynamics and the cross-border opportunities that connect them.
Her practice is a practical one: identifying high-potential opportunities, weighing investment risk, reading market trends, and helping investors make informed decisions across a set of economies that rarely move in step.
She is particularly interested in where real estate meets the rest of a family’s plans — wealth creation, international mobility and long-term legacy. Her counsel to investors is consistent: look past short-term returns to sustainable value, sound partnerships and carefully structured positions.
At this private gathering she will speak to the region’s real estate landscape, where the emerging opportunities sit, and what individuals and families should weigh as they build, preserve and grow wealth through property in an increasingly connected global market.

Khushi Khanduja
Khushi Khanduja is a client-focused professional specialising in global citizenship, residency and investment migration, with experience working with clients across diverse international markets.
Her work covers Dubai Golden Visas, as well as citizenship and residency programmes across Portugal, France, Malta, the Caribbean and the US EB-5 programme. She works closely with clients to understand their objectives and connect them with the right international opportunities.
In her session, Khushi will share valuable insights in the mobility and cross-border opportunities across the globe.

Madhur Kakkar
Madhur Kakkar is an entrepreneur and seasoned financial professional with more than two decades of experience across banking, investments, wealth structuring and enterprise building.
Born and raised in Punjab, he began his career in the UK before moving to Dubai, where he has spent the past 22 years building a career across Banking, Wealth & Investments. During this time, he has advised select ultra-high-net-worth families across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, helping them structure their wealth across investments, banking, inheritance, succession and legacy.
His work has given him a close view of how globally connected families think about capital, opportunity and long-term wealth. Alongside his financial career, he has also built and expanded ventures across Real Estate, AI, Fintech and Financial Education.
With deep roots in Dubai and a personal understanding of Punjab’s entrepreneurial community, Madhur brings a rare combination of global perspective, first-hand market experience and practical insight into wealth, legacy and cross-border opportunities.
He brings that perspective to the conversation with clarity, experience and a grounded understanding of how Dubai has evolved as a global centre for capital and enterprise.
